1. Refund Policy

a. Full Refund — Order Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive within 45 days from the shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund.

b. Partial Refund — Delayed Shipping

If your order arrives after 30 days but within 45 days, you may request a refund of the shipping cost as compensation.

2. Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are eligible for a return and/or refund if:

* The item arrives damaged, or
* The item does not match the description or photos on our website.

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

* You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.
* Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. Returns for Non-Defective Items & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

* Dislike of the product, or
* Situations where the product matches the description and is not defective.

If a return is requested for reasons other than receiving a damaged or incorrect item, the following conditions apply:

* All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
* The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
* The item must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.
